Business E Suites Brokers’ Program
10 % commission for the first 12 months. Then, a 2% commission thereafter. (This includes month-to-month tenants).
The commission is earned as long as the tenant is a customer of Business E Suites. If the tenant increases space, the commission also increases.
If the tenant renews, the commission will continue to be paid, month after month. All commissions are paid monthly as we receive payment.
*Parking spaces, 3PL, labor, U-Haul truck rental, or other services are not commissionable.
